All Maple products for this competition must be pure, of this year’s crop, and at a minimum of 66% on the Brix scale. In addition to pure maple syrup, jellies, sugar and cookies are also evaluated. A playful competition of Lego building of a shanty is open to kids from 6 to 14 years old!
